At Escape Tag, we keep payments simple and secure.
We accept payments through UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) as well as direct Bank Account transfers. Once you confirm your trip with us, we’ll share the details for the mode you prefer.

It covers the key aspects of your trip — from well-planned itineraries, verified accommodations, comfortable transport, valid permits, and dedicated on-ground support throughout your journey. While we can’t control weather or natural disruptions in the mountains, we guarantee that our team will always provide safe alternatives and ensure you have a seamless, memorable travel experience.
Escape Tag is based in Darap, West Sikkim — a beautiful village near Pelling, known for its rich culture, cardamom fields, and stunning views of the Himalayas.

We’re always happy to assist you with trip planning, queries, or bookings.
es, you can receive a refund, but it depends on the timing of your cancellation.
✅ Full Refund: For cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date.
✅ Partial Refund (50%): For cancellations made between 15–29 days before the trip.
❌ No Refund: For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the trip, or in case of no-shows.
Please note that permit fees and certain non-refundable bookings (like hotels/transport already confirmed) may be deducted. In case of natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your trip or provide travel credits.
